We are glad you are investigating our organization's donation opportunity.

Please fill out the form below to be considered in our next round of donations. 

The Shawano County Job Center Incorporated, dba Elizabeth Street Business Complex, is a 501c3 corporation located in the heart of the City of Shawano. We are proud to offer this opportunity to apply for a donation, from us, to support community organizations, their programs and projects. The Corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes which support our local economy, employers, job seekers and families.

 

Please note the following guidance before filling out this application:

● Applications are reviewed by the Donation Committee on a monthly basis and are considered based on availability of funds.

● Applications should be filled out completely in order to determine how it meets the mission and purpose of our organization. (See downloadable PDF form linked below)

● Applications should include the total project budget and how much of that budget is being requested as a donation.

● Applications will remain eligible for consideration for up to one year from the date of receipt.

  • TIP: Applications should NOT include requests for operational or sponsorship/advertising for your organization.
